The Office for National Statistics says that a recent fall in fuel prices alongside only a modest rise in seasonal prices has helped push UK inflation down to its lowest level in almost two years. With Spring on its way, this means more money in your pocket which is great news for DIY-ers everywhere, including Liverpool and surrounding areas.
