I want to change or cancel my order?
In most circumstances, it is not possible to amend your order once it has been placed. You will have to return the item(s) following our returns procedure (see details inside packaging). Alternatively, If you would like to add more products, a new order should be placed.
My order is missing, incomplete or damaged, what should I do?
In the event that your order is missing, incomplete or damaged. Please email us at email@example.com between 9am and 5pm. Please include your order number and the reason for your email. We will get back to you asap to address your issue.
I would like to return my order, what should I do?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however if you would like to return all or part of your order this can be done via courier or in one of our stores.
Returns to store: This is completely FREE! Return your parcel to our store any day of the week (we are open 7 days). Please remember your proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery form) and the card you used to make the payment on.
Returns via courier: We always include a returns form in every package we send out – please fill this in and follow the instructions on the form. If you cannot find your returns form, please download one below and print it out.

How long do I have to return my order:
We are happy to accept returns on goods that are returned to us within 28 days of your receipt of the goods.
I would like an exchange on my order, what should I do?
We are unable to offer exchanges to goods purchased online, these orders will be processed as a return. A new order will need to be placed for the alternative product(s).
When will my refund go back into my account?
All refunds will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of your returned order. Please note that any return delivery charges will not be refunded. If you are returning paint, please contact us for a return label.
