What are your opening hours?
Monday - Saturday 8am - 5.30pm
Sunday - 9.30am - 4pm
Do you sell ..........?
We stock over 30,000 lines, covering everything you need for your home, garden and DIY project , so give us a call and we can confirm that we have it in stock!
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer a free local delivery service for postcodes L23, L22, L21, and L20 when you spend £50 +. We can deliver further afield, and for sales less than £50 - give us a call for more details.
Do you guarantee your goods and what is your returns policy?
We are happy to refund/exchange any goods in their original packaging and fit for re-sale with your receipt. Faulty goods may be returned within their guarantee time, or within 1 year if no guarantee time is specified.
Do you price match?
Yes - We are confident that the goods we sell always offer good value, but if you find the exact same item cheaper, in stock, and instore elsewhere within a 10 mile radius, we'll be happy to match it.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we sell Tony Almond gift vouchers. And Valerie's Coffee gift vouchers.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes, apply in store.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome.
